RCCA Receives $10,000

The Youse family has donated $10,000 from the Dr. Bradley Youse Scholarship Fund to the Richland County Children’s Auxiliary. Dr. Youse was an avid cyclist, athlete and outdoor enthusiast. These funds will honor his memory by providing bikes, athletic equipment and sports lessons to needy Richland County children to pursue their athletic dreams and talents.

RCCA Receives $2,500 Grant

Thank you to the Monica family for recommending that the Richland County Children’s Auxiliary receive a $2,500 grant from the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeastern Ohio! These funds enabled us to fill 500 backpacks with school supplies for students in need.

The New Store Executive Director Julie Kleshinski met with Dennie Hughes, Director of
Agency Relations, at Kids in Distressed Situations (K.I.D.S.) in New York City on June 1,
2012. K.I.D.S. mission is to bring hope and self-esteem to children in need and their
families by providing new products donated by retailers and manufacturers, distributed
through their network of community-based non-profit agencies. This organization has
provided $750 million in new clothes, toys, shoes, books, and juvenile products to 65
million children since 1985. The New Store is honored to have been accepted as a Partner
Agency and will receive free clothing from K.I.D.S. to support our mission. Additional
